To support their continuous growth and expand their market share especially in the Region EMEA, our client is looking for Top senior Executive Business Development Managers.

JOB DETAIL

As Senior Business Development Manager, you work to improve the client’s market position and achieve financial growth. You define your strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Part of the VP Business Development Team EMEA, you report directly to the Regional SVP Business Development also President of all the Sales force in the region.
As a senior sales executive your job is to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenues for the organization. To achieve this, you need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business for the future.
You will also help managing the existing clients and ensure they keep satisfied and positive.
You call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict the final clients’ future needs.

Main Duities :

New Business Development
A key part of this job description is to develop a robust pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market (here a vertical knowledge of either the Banking & Insurance Industry or Pharmaceutical or Digital Industry, or Entertainment or Travel or Aeronautics Industry would be appreciated), the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

Closing Deals
Winning new clients by providing winning CRM Outsourcing solutions with a primary focus on the EMEA Market –approximately 30 to 50% travel.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:
You perform those customary services in a business development role, including, but not limited to:
• Developing a network of potential sales leads
• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to Client’s prospects
• Leverage
• Negotiation of contracts with potential clients
• Managing, attending and overseeing tours and site visits at the Client’s sites in various locations throughout the world

Your profile

Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in Management or Sales & Marketing is required. An MBA or any Equivalent is preferred.

Professional Background :

Should have extensive experience in prospecting & selling (long selling process & high added value sales) to highest level decision makers for ideally but not exclusively CRM Global outsourcing solutions for example Multilingual Contact Centers

Must have at least 5 successful years of experience in sales track record in the Contact Center / Outsourcing & Offshoring Industry or at least 10 years multi-national vertical experience with proven subject matter expertise or delivering complex solutions to Clients within one of the following industries
o Media/communications
o Financial Services
o Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals
o Travel/Transportation
o Utilities

The position requires very strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills; analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and drive multiple projects.
